Important Notice to all Wizard Email Customers Who use Verizon Online Services!

If you use Verizon for your connection to the Internet, they have recently been making changes to fight spam on their network. They are starting to block the default SMTP Port 25 which is used for sending outgoing email. If you are using our mail servers to send email with a client based email program like Outlook Express or Outlook, you may find that you can receive your email, but can not send it.

If this is happening to you, you need to change your SMTP Port number to Port 2525. The setting is located in the advance settings of your email account properties in the email program you use.

If you use our web-based email program (Squirrel Mail) off of our website, then you do not have to worry about changing any settings.
